This sequel to My Book of Simple Sentences aims to help children understand slightly more complex sentences.
Adjectives are slowly introduced in pairs, allowing children to create complete sentences such as ""the happy cat eats."
My Book of Sentences is in the "Verbal Skills Workbooks for Pre-K" series that covers ages 2-8.
Perfect for children who can learn more about advanced sentence concepts while solidifying his or her understanding of sentence structure, exercises include looking at each picture along with the sentence and read the sentence out loud, as well as tracing each sentence.
The skill objective for each page is included at the bottom; there's room at the top of the page for students to write their name and date, along with tips for parents, when necessary.
