Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde

Mr. Utterson hears about a violent man named Hyde. He is disturbed that a friend, Dr. Jekyll, has made a will leaving his property to the same Mr. Hyde. Utterson decides to investigate Hyde. Then Jekyll isolates himself in his laboratory. Another friend of Utterson's, Dr. Hastie Lanyon, suddenly dies with which Jekyll seems to be connected. One night, Jekyll's butler asks Utterson for help to deal with a stranger who has killed Jekyll. They discover that the stranger is Hyde, who is dead and Jekyll is missing. Afterwards, Utterson reads a letter from Lanyon explaining what happened. It tells about an impure potion that caused Jekyll to change.See also Novel Units 7703 and 7704
